After a long wait, Ryan Gosling's indie-horror band Dead Man's Bones is finally coming out with their debut album. The album comes out Tuesday, Oct. 6. They are currently streaming the album in it's entirety on their MySpace page.
"In The Room Where You Sleep" was redone, a bit to my disappointment. The live version (video below) had a rawer, haunting feel to it. The album version adds some organ to the song, which is actually pretty cool. Think of something you would hear at the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland. The thing is, the live version has grown on me for so long. Oh well, at least I have an mp3 of the live version too.
Another Dead Man's Bones song that has been circulating the blogosphere and YouTube didn't make the cut either. You can listen to it here though.
